College Station Student Housing
Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park, and for those looking for recreational activities, the Penberthy Rec Sports Complex is also conveniently close. Your surroundings offer various options for dining, entertainment, and everyday necessities. I wanted to designate an entire section with the twin bunk beds – unbunked. These will be from Sadie’s room – the 1 walk-in closet room. We already had moved the desk that fits under the window, to the living/dining area (even after unbunking the beds on move-in day).
Search
Installments are due on the 1st of every month per the payment schedule outlined in the lease agreement. No, bills are not sent to residents each month, but you may see payment reminders posted around the property. They do allow residents under the age of 18 to live at our community. There are no pictures of the twin bunk beds – unbunked, and they don’t show the room like this on the tour. Nearly all ACC communities offer fully furnished units at no extra fee. What is an individual lease?
Our roommate matching program is powered by RoomSync–a roommate matching app. You will have the opportunity to create a personal profile, search, filter, chat and match with other residents who will be living in the community. You decide what matters most when narrowing down your search. You control your search and matching criteria to find the perfect roommate. Student housing in College Station includes various 4,3,2,1 bedroom apartments, sharing rooms and private rooms which are closer to nearby universities, restaurants, and cafes.
When are the installments due?
All requests are served on a first-come, first-served basis and are taken in order based on the date your lease was received. A few places you can visit include the likes of Kyle Field, Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park, George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, Bonfire Memorial, and Lick Creek Park. There are also plenty of sports facilities where you will be able to watch some games and sports with your friends, like Kyle Field, Reed Arena, Olsen Field, and Ellis Field. There are also plenty of clubs and pubs you can visit to grab a drink or go partying, like ICON Nightclub and Lounge, The Draconian Lounge, Hurricane Harry's, Cowboy Club, and Brazos Salsa Night. The city has several activities one can indulge in while studying. The cost of living in College Station can be easily managed if you opt for public transport and budget your money right.
